Morning Glory, oil and acrylic on board, 5x7", September 2023, me.
This was my first try at oil painting and I enjoyed it. I only wish I sanded the gesso primer down more smoothly - I wasn't expecting it to turn out well. This purple morning glory was growing at my old P-patch at Bradner Gardens Park here in Seattle and I know it's considered a weed but the flowers are just so pretty.
